Welcome to Signed Craft. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers.

1. About Our Products

Signed Craft specializes in customized and personalized products, including engraved metal cards, custom metal business cards, luxury accessories, and other made-to-order items.

Because our products are customized according to customer specifications, each order is produced specifically for the individual customer.

2. Order Process

  1. Customer places an order and provides the required design, text, logo, image, or customization details.
  2. A digital mockup, design preview, image, or video may be shared for approval before production.
  3. Production begins only after design approval and any required advance payment.
  4. Once production is completed, images and/or videos of the final product may be provided before dispatch.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate customization details.
  • Reviewing all mockups, images, videos, and previews carefully before approving production.
  • Verifying spelling, names, dates, logos, and other personalized content.
  • Providing a complete and correct shipping address.

Signed Craft is not responsible for errors approved by the customer during the design approval process.

4. Payments

  • Certain products may require an advance payment before production.
  • Remaining balances may be paid through approved payment methods or Cash on Delivery (where available).
  • Orders may not proceed until the required payment is received.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production times may vary depending on product type and customization requirements.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only.
  • Delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Signed Craft.

6. Custom Product Policy

As most products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Design changes requested after production begins may result in additional charges and production delays.

7. Product Inspection & Quality Assurance

Every product undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

Customers may receive product images or videos before shipment to verify the final result.

Any concerns should be communicated before the product is dispatched whenever possible.

8. Repairs & After-Sales Support

If a customer experiences an issue after receiving a product:

  • Contact our support team as soon as possible.
  • We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
  • Service, repair, refurbishment, or replacement charges may apply depending on the nature of the issue and the condition of the product.

Shipping charges for repair or service requests are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, images, or designs submitted for customization.

Signed Craft is not liable for copyright or trademark disputes related to customer-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability

Signed Craft's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, courier delays, misuse, modification, or improper handling.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Signed Craft reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that:

  • Violates applicable laws.
  • Contains offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
  • Infringes intellectual property rights.
  • Cannot be reasonably produced according to customer requirements.
