No, and we would rather tell you now than after you order. Solid metal physically blocks the NFC signal, so no full-metal card taps. If contactless is essential to your daily routine, factor that in before choosing metal.

Not by default — and that is deliberate. The stripe ships completely blank because we never ask for or see your card data. The stripe itself is functional, so you can program it yourself later with an inexpensive card writer. Most customers never need it.

It stays your own card. You are not applying for anything or opening anything. You move the real chip from a card you already hold into a metal body. Same bank, same number, same everything.

No. The engraving is cosmetic. Payment runs entirely through the chip, not the printed digits. Engrave your real details, partial details, or invented numbers — many customers choose fake digits purely for privacy. It changes nothing about how the card functions.

Yes. Front and back can both carry custom designs, logos, names, signatures or artwork. Choose from our Signature Collections or start from a blank canvas.

Absolutely. Send your artwork, logo, signature or a photo of your existing card and we will rebuild it in metal. Higher resolution files engrave more crisply, but our team will tell you honestly if something will not translate well before we start.

That is exactly what the proof stage is for. Request as many revisions as you need until it is right. Nothing is engraved and you are never committed until you say yes.

Yes — multiple cards, multiple designs, or the same design more than once. Each one gets its own proof. Get in touch before ordering if you need a larger corporate or gifting run.

For your privacy. We never ask for your real card, so we cannot and will not install your chip for you. Your card never leaves your hands, and the metal body ships to you carrying no financial data whatsoever.

Not at all. Most people finish in under twenty minutes on their first attempt. Gentle heat loosens the chip, you lift it out, and it seats into the pre-milled cavity in your metal card. The instructions walk through every step, and our team is a message away if you get stuck.

Request a replacement card from your bank — usually free or a small fee — and repeat the process with the new chip. The metal body is unaffected and waiting whenever you are.

Yes, though each transfer adds a little wear. Most people move it once and leave it there. When your bank reissues with a new chip, you simply repeat the same process.

No. Moving your own chip into a different body does not change your account, your number or your relationship with your bank. Your bank sees the same chip making the same transactions, and can always issue a replacement if you ever need one.

Most cards are completed within 2–4 business days of you approving your proof. Delivery time on top depends on your country and is shown at checkout.

No. The design is cut into the metal itself rather than printed on top, so there is no ink or laminate to rub away. It looks the same in year five as on day one.

Standard bank card dimensions, 85.6mm × 54mm, so it fits every wallet, cardholder and terminal exactly like the card it replaces.

Mirror and high-gloss finishes look spectacular but, like any polished metal object, pick up fine surface marks with heavy daily use. Matte finishes hide wear best. Tell us how you plan to carry it and we will recommend the right one.

Yes. You are moving a chip you already own into a body you have bought, in your own home. Nothing about your account or your bank relationship changes.

Never. We do not ask for, see, touch or store your real card or its data. It stays with you the entire time and you perform the transfer yourself. That is the single biggest reason customers trust us with an order like this.
